Nature-Inspired Ceramics Can Be Mixed + Matched into Infinite Arrangements

Madalina Andronic ceramics

If you’ve read this blog over the past year, then you’ve definitely seen illustrations by Madalina Andronic. She’s talented in both 2D and 3D, with her latest endeavor being “tableware essentials” like cups, bowls, and plates.

Inspired by nature, naive imagery and magic,” Madalina tells me in an email, “I love creating custom made, hand-painted porcelain objects for individuals and homes.” Continuing:

Passionate about delicate, yet bold and distinctive decoration painted on the slightly irregular shapes of milky stoneware, I believe that life as a wonderful dream comes from tiny, daily gestures, felt and tasted from warm, beautiful objects, therefore I make my ceramic pieces a special, delightful experience for any heart and space.

Madalina uses a limited color palette of red, green, and blue tones in various shades. “This allows you to mix and match the tableware items,” she says, “creating either modern, contrasting sets or elegant, one-color ensembles.”

These pieces are now for sale on Madalina’s ceramics website. Yes, please!
