Clever Embroidery Imagines Squirrels Running Amok on Ordinary Clothing

Embroi­dery can turn ordi­nary clothes into fun, wear­able art. An embroi­der­er known as Juno does exact­ly this with their metic­u­lous­ly-stitched gar­ments; using a com­bi­na­tion of thread paint­ing and fringe, a sweater appears to have a set of squir­rels run­ning across its shoul­ders. In anoth­er instance, a galac­tic swal­low leaves a trail of stars hid­ing behind a dra­mat­ic pleat. It’s all thanks to clever place­ment and a knowl­edge of var­i­ous stitch­ing techniques.
