I am a little late to the TikTok game, but I’ve finally got my For You Page together and have been having a lot of fun finding new accounts to follow—particularly in the art and embroidery world. One of my favorite accounts is @hanndubb, aka Han; she’s a stitcher in the midst of a daily embroidery project and is sharing her journey through TikTok.
Han has stretched fabric across a large embroidery hoop and stitched “2021” in the middle of it. Around the “2021,” she is embroidering all sorts of motifs suggested by the TikTok community. They range from paint palettes to skateboards to fruit and much more. Some requests coincide with holidays and social movements.
Check out Han’s TikTok page to see all of what she’s stitched so far. Be sure to follow her so you see how this embroidery grows throughout the year and suggest what you’d like to see.
Embroidery artist @hanndub takes requests on Tiktok for what to add to her daily stitch project.
